• Kunsia tomentosus (Lichtenstein, 1830)

Holotype: ZMHU 1699, adult ♀, skin and skull.

Type locality: “waldigen Gegenden am Uruguay”; country unknown, restricted to the Río Uruguay in southeastern Brazil by Hershkovitz (1966: 120).
