    • Type locality: Society Islands ["Including Easter, Ducie's, Elizabeth, Pitacairn, and Gambier's Islands; those denominated “coral Islands” at page 1, of this volume; and Otaheite, or Tahiti." See Hooker & Walker Arnott (1841: 59)].
