Type: C.L. Blume s.n. (holotype: L 0005412^(JSTOR) [sheet 908.219-766]; other type materials: L {0005413^(JSTOR) [sheet 908.219-797], 0005414^(JSTOR) [sheet 908.219-1144]}).
- Note: although Bremekamp (1937) regarded only the first specimen as type, present determination is as follows:
  - holotype: 0005412 and 0005414, 'type': 0005413.
Type locality: [Indonesia.] Western Java: in sylvis montis Pangaranghæ[= in forest of Mount Pangerango].
