Hylodesmus singaporensis Eliáš, Němcová, Škaloud, Neustupa, Kaufnerová & Šejnohová, 2009

• Type locality: Central Catchment Nature Reserve, Singapore (1°21'12.56"N and 103°48'43.09"E; altitude 60 m above sea level). on decaying bare wood in a tropical forest.
• Holotype: Strain CAUP C-H8001, permanently cryopreserved in the Culture Collection of Algae of Charles University in Prague, Czech Republic CAUP; also maintained in an active culture as CAUP H 8001, from which the holotype was derived.
