Southern Africa Botswana, Caprivi Strip, Namibia, KwaZulu-Natal, Swaziland, Northern Provinces (Gauteng, Mpumalanga, Northern Province, North-West Province). Asia-Temperate Arabian Peninsula Oman [see Note (a) below], Yemen (North Yemen) [see Note (b) below]. Note: (a) Mosti et al. (2012) recognize Omani occurrence as a synonym of G. damine.
