Diagnosis: Sicut Graphide subhiascente sed hymenio insperso differt.
Type: FIJI. TAVEUNI: Access road to summit of Devo Peak, ca. 5 km SE Tavuki village, 16o 51' S, 179o 58' W, 700 m alt.; montane relict forest at roadside, on bark; April 2008, Lumbsch 19804r (SUVA, holotype; F, isotype).
Etymology: This species is dedicated to Michelle Collins, Chicago, friend and benefactor of the Botany Department at the Field Museum.
Ecology and distribution: Graphis collinsiae is currently known only from the type locality from Taveuni Island in the Fijian archipelago.
