Summary
| Description |
What a miserable start to spring we are having - but its not all bad news! There were several Wheatear at Holes Bay this morning although they flew off before I got any decent shots. A dozen or so Sand Martins were feeding on flies over the sewage outfall drain and there must have been over 100 chiff-chaffs hunting for bugs along the sides of the drain. Waders were abundant and the spotted redshank put on a fine show trying to eat a wriggling elver. The little egret was ever present too. |
