Summary
DescriptionOxytropis deflexa (28588537174).jpg
The long villous hairs on the leaves and the hairy deflexed (descending) fruits are distinctive of this ecologically variable species, which can range from the dry open canopy at low montane elevations to the alpine. Phyisical disturbance seems to be a requirement of this species (e.g., slopes with loose soils).
