English: Common in highly disturbed settings such as at this site near a water seep where livestock trample the vegetation. The annual growth habit, stem leaves not auriculate, pedicels (fruiting stalks) about the same length as the fruit, fruit (silicle) widest at the middle and with a notch at tip in which is born an inconspicuous style, and inflorescence branches mostly shorter than the main inflorescence. This site lies in the northeastern part of the Crazy D Ranch, southeast of Melville, Sweet Grass County, Montana
