Lachnaia hirta Fabricius, 1801, Pont del Diable, Tarragona, Spain, 16 May 2013
Gaëtan du Chatenet, Coléoptères Phytophages d'Europe, Tome 2, Chrysomelidae indicates that the black (rather than brown) and rounded (rather than more irregular) spots with the humeral spot not fully in advance of the scutellum, the two very small red antennal segments (2nd and 3rd), and the dense puncturing of most of the elytra apart from towards the tips seem to separate from the other possible species in the area. He also states that it is found on/around oaks including specifically Quercus coccifera which was abundant in the area.
