Lesser rushy milkvetch (Astragalus convallarius var. convallarius), Pea family (Fabaceae). Red Butte Garden Natural Area, Salt Lake City, Utah.

And it's done! Hopefully, some of the seeds will produce new plants around. Although, this is too close to constant traffic of visitors along the path.
