  • Typus: H.I. Jensen 412 (5 July 1916; Holotypus: NSW [​NSW10047]; ⧼Isotypi⧽: BRI-AQ0024146, CANB 418637.1(JSTOR) [ex FRI; images also available at EUCLID]).
  • Type locality: [Australia.] Northern Territory: near Umbrawarra (tin-field situated about 12 miles, as the crow flies, south-west of Pine Creek), dry, barren flat-topped hills, on top of sandstone residual.
