  • Typus: [Greece] "Creta, in saxosis Contopoura, Eparch. Apocorona" [a mixed collection with Erysimum raulinii; the plants of Erysimum creticum are very probably from Eparch. Sitia: Krio], Apr. 1846, Heldreich s.n. (Lectotype, designated by Boissier, Fl. Orient. 1: 192. 1867, cf. Polatschek 1973: 116: G-BOIS; isolectotypes: FI, GOET, W, WU, WU-Hal).
