- Holotype: Catarina Magalhães; 2013-01-23; endolithic. Blue Biotechnology and Ecotoxicology Culture Collection (LEGEcc) at CIIMAR, Porto, Portugal LEGE Z-009 (cryopreserved); Isotype: B 40 0043196 (air-dried herbarium specimen).
