Entocladia thivyae O′Kelly & Yarish, 1981: 44 (as 'thiviae'), nom. nov.

• Type locality: Ba. Cartago, I Isabela, Galapagos Islands, Ecuador.
• Holotype: W.R. Taylor No. 34-352E; 25 Jan. 1934; in dead shells, abundant about Ba. Cartago; LAM.
