  • Lectotype (designated by Darienko & Pröschold 2017): Fig. 6, 2 in Vischer (1953).
  • Epitype (designated by Darienko & Pröschold 2017): Authentic strain SAG 467-2, permanently cryopreserved in metabolicallyinactive state (cryopreserved in liquid nitrogen) in the SAG, University of Göttingen, Germany.
