Note: Species epithet asplenifolia is commonly found, but under ICN Art. 23 and Art 60 this is incorrect as neither the combination not its basionym are pre 1753, hence the name is auto-corrected by IPNI as Cyanea aspleniifolia, which is the correct combination.
