• Type locality: Mexico: Jalisco: along Jilquilpan-Manzanillo road, 37 km E of Colima, Colima, in wet roadside ditch, sandy clay soil, 480 m.
• Typus: leg. S.A. Graham 131; 1962-08-03; Holotype: MICH; Isotype: MEXU.
