- Type: 17 July 1934; On empty shell of Ensis directus, mixed with Conchocelis rosea Batters and Ostreobium quecketii Born. and Flah., dredged from 25 feet depth of water. MICH. (Type in C.-C. Jao collections and Herb. Univ. Mich., Woods Hole No. 281: B.)
