Note: Govaerts et al. (2020) prefer to maintain a synonymy with Janusia (1840), however, this would require the whole janusioid clade to be treated as one genus, in which case the name would have to be Aspicarpa (1815) Art 11.3 (Anderson & Davis, 2007)
