  • Type locality: Carrzo Sands formation 5.1 miles east of McMahan, Caldwell Count[r?]y, Texas, USA
  • Holotype: Deason and Bold (1960), figs 8, 9, 80, 132 (based on C-2-4 culture strain): soil collected from under Quercus marilandica.
