Name

Chenopodium trigonocarpum Aellen (1931)

• Type: "Aus Neu-Seeland und Neu-Kaledonien bekannt geworden; vermutlich aber auch auf dem australischen Festland zu finden. "Derendingen: 1926, PROBST! – Auf Wollkompost in eine Lehmgrak bei Derendingen, 1929, PROBST." (Switzerland)

Considered to be a hybrid between Chenopodium cristatum and Chenopodium melanocarpum. (Wilson, P.G. in George, A.S. (ed.) (1984), Chenopodiaceae. Flora of Australia 4: 153, without Australian distribution.)

Both hybrid parents are now in genus Dysphania.
