• Holotype locality: west side of South Head, Port Jackson, New South Wales, Australia.
• Holotype: (cystopcarpic) A. Millar & P. Richards; 15 April 1991; 10 m deep. NSW A10714. 11 Isotypes: 3 male gametophytes, 5 female gametophytes, 3 tetrasporophytes.
