Type: U.S.A. FLORIDA. MIAMI-DADE CO.: Everglades National Park, 250 meters N of Ficus Pond trail, 025º 22΄N, 080º 49΄W, elevation 1 m., corticolous on Annoma glabra, 10.iii.2009, F. Seavey & J. Seavey 12961E (FNPS, holotype).

Etymology: The new species is dedicated to Barbara Schomer.
