Beta trigyna Waldst. & Kit., Descr. Icon. Pl. Hung. 1: 34, t. 35. (1801).

• Type locality: Serbia: "Florentem invenimus pulchram hanc plantam sub finem Maji ad hortos pagi, Nova Pazoa dicti, in Comitatu Syrmiensi."
• Lectotype (designated by Chrtek & Skocdopolova 1982: 209): SERBIA: in Syrmien bei Bartza an der Port Strasse, und und an Ufer der Donau [on verso] Florentem invenimus pulchram hanc plantam sub finem Maji ad pagum Nova Pazoa [probably Nova Pazova] dicti, et ad ripam Danubii ad pagum Nova Barocza? in Comitatu Syrmiensi, XVIII century (1788‒1791), Waldestein s.n. (PR495741a, and PR495741b, same collection in two sheets).
