Holotype: Ratnasabapathy No. 1201 b; 2 June 1979; Attached to sides of submerged rock about 10 cm below the surface of clear, quiet and shaded pool waters. Private Herbarium, Department of Botany, University of Malaya 1201 b. Isotype: Ratnasabapathy No. 1201 b, 2/ VI 1979, Herbarium of Faculty of Science, Kobe University.
