Baiyankamys habbema (Tate & Archbold, 1941)

• Holotype: AMNH 110055, adult ♂, skin and skull, collected by W.B. Richardson on 18 August 1938.
• Type locality: “Lake Habbema, 15 kilometers north of Mt. Wilhelmina, Netherlands New Guinea; altitude 3225 meters”.
