Allotype: USNPC 103900, ♀.

Type locality: E. slope Mt. Itokama, 5° 39' S, 142° 38' E),Muller Range Southern Highlands Province, Papua New Guinea.

Host: BPBM 34352, Sphenomorphus pratti (Squamata: Scincidae), collected on 28 March 2009.

Paratypes: USNPC 103901–02.
