Protobothrops tokarensis (Nagai, 1928)

  • Holotype: KMJ unnumbered, collected by K. Nagai between 1922–1928. [lost during World War II fide McDiarmid et al. (1999: 347)]
  • Type locality: “Takarashima, Prov. Kagoshima”, Tokara Islands, Japan.
