According to Jens-Hermann Stuke, world specialist Conopidae, (Conopidae (Diptera), World Catalogue of Insects, Volume: 15, Brill, 2017, ISBN 978-90-04-27183-8) :
- Sicus ogumae is a japan endemic
- Sicus femoralis is invalid and synonym of Myopa fasciata
- Sicus indicus is nomen dubium
