Note: There seems to be some confusion about whether A. Schmidt stands for Alexander Friedrich Wolfgang Schmidt or Albert Schmidt. The North American Lichen Checklist has A.F.W.Schmidt as the author for the above names, while the Index Fungorum has Albert Schmidt.

Reason: there are other people also with first name "A", see Schmidt--Estopedist1 (talk) 05:40, 12 August 2020 (UTC)
