Summary
DescriptionDianne Bray 2019.png
English: To celebrate National Science Week in Victoria, Australia, scientists working in our planet's most extreme conditions came together to share their work in exploring the ocean's deepest abyss, the extreme heat of the deserts and the freezing cold of the polar regions, all in the name of future human endeavour both on - and off - planet Earth. Featuring geobiologist Dr Darlene Lim (NASA Ames Research Centre), planetary scientist Dr Kate Selway (Macquarie University), vertebrate zoologist Dr Dianne Bray (Museums Victoria), with dynamic ABC News Breakfast meteorologist Nate Byrne as our MC.
Presented on 9th August, 2019 at the Melbourne Museum by Museums Victoria, the Royal Society of Victoria and Victoria's Lead Scientist under the Inspiring Victoria initiative.
