Notes edit
The parentage of this nothospecies is only supposed. The two clones in cultivation; 'Amabile' and 'Augustum' might share the same parent species, or not. Both names are sometimes included in C. asiaticum, but that might be caused by their similarity to some pink flowered cultivars of C. asiaticum. C. × amabile is sterile and retain the hybrid status here.
