Usage edit

The template can also be used for separate chapters authored by J.F. Macbride in this publication. In this case use as {{Macbride, 1931|1|2|3}}

Parameters:

the first one (optional): title of chapter.
the second one (optional): range of pages of this chapter.
the third one (optional): number from URL of page at BHL, e.g. "2384976" will produce a link to http://biodiversitylibrary.org/page/2384976

So for example, {{Macbride, 1931|Monocotyledons, mostly Scitamineae|41–60|2384975}} will produce the following reference:
