The template can also be used for separate chapters by Hutchinson, J. & Dalziel, J.M. in this volume. In this case use as {{Hutchinson & Dalziel, 1927|1|2}}

Parameters:

the first one (optional): title of chapter.
the second one (optional): range of pages of this chapter.

So for example, {{Hutchinson & Dalziel, 1927|59. Ochnaceae|189–195}} will produce the following reference:

Hutchinson, J. & Dalziel, J.M. 1927. 59. Ochnaceae. Pp. 189–195 in Flora of West Tropical Africa, Vol. 1(1). Crown Agents for the Colonies, London. Reference page.
