Scolecenchelys robusta Hibino & Kimura, 2015

• Holotype: SMNS 20817.
• Paratypes (7): MNHN 1988-0426 (1); SMNS 16880 (1), 20733 (1), 20734 (1), 21067 (2); USNM 342240 (1).

Type locality: Réunion.

Etymology: The specific name is derived from its robust body, i.e., body depth deeper than that of its congeners.
