Deutsch: Serratia odorifera auf MacConkey-Agar, mit (schwach) positivem Ergebnis: eine Rosa- bis Rotfärbung der Kolonien wird als positiv gewertet, (der Mikroorganismus kann Lactose verwerten, dies führt zum Farbumschlag des pH-Indikators Neutralrot). Als Ausstrichverfahren wurde das 13-Strich-Verfahren verwendet (nicht alle Impfstriche sind bewachsen).
English: Serratia odorifera on MacConkey agar, showing a (weakly) positive result: lactose-positive colonies are colored pink to red (the microorganism has the ability to degrade lactose, which is detected by the pH indicator neutral red). The technique of the streaking is done by using 13 streaks (not all of them are overgrown). |
