Summary
DescriptionAtriplex gardneri var. falcata (5851917016).jpg
This saltbrush is typically herbaceous to subshrubby because it either has not had enough time to develop woody stems or it is constantly browsed to ground level. In the INL area, this Atriplex species is probably rebounding because it is certainly common in vegetation on clay flats with little evidence of browsing.
