Eumicrota veninfida (Pace, 2011: 46)

  • Type locality: VENEZUELA: Bolivar, Canaima.
  • Holotype: Collection Guillaume de Rougemont, London, ♀, 11-12. II.2006, leg. G. de Rougemont.
  • Etymology: The name of the species, meaning “harmfully divided”, from the Latin venenum = poison and findere = to divide, refers the exceptionally long thorns of the female sixth free tergite.
